At Tree House Yoga, we teach evidence-based movement that fosters a connection between mind and body and enhances well-being in daily life. Yoga is for all shapes, sizes and ages. All are welcome!
We offer private & semiprivate hatha, restorative and chair yoga sessions in NoMad, NYC and online.
Yoga means union, the union of mind and body. It is a beautiful, ancient philosophy that links breathing and movement in order to strengthen the body and to calm and focus the mind.

Our yoga sessions are a unique experience because we only teach up to three participants, so each session is carefully crafted. We include traditional poses and movements and our sessions are informed by other movement philosophies like feldenkrais, somatics, Qigong, functional movement, and restorative yoga. The result is a stronger connection between mind and body, a regulated nervous system, and deep rest.
